On Sunday June 29th 2008 The Life Goes On foundation was launched from the summit of Ben Nevis, a foundation set up to introduce new ostomy and internal pouch patients to the available support networks, ostomy suppliers and most importantly other ostomates, provides free designer pouch coverings for Scottish members and redistributes donated ostomy supplies to the 3rd world, developing countries and areas of natural disasters.
